 Leveraging a combination of assessments, reflections and goal setting exercises, together we will dig deep to help you discover your real self, ideal self, and lived experience. As your life coach or career coach I will help you figure out how all of those things can come together to propel you forward in life and in career.  We’ll review your work history, education, strengths, accomplishments, problem areas, skills, values, motivations and goals. 

 Education and skills are what you do but they are not who you are. We'll work together to help you leverage your lived experience on your resume' and during your interview to ensure you are highlighting your skills and abilities while showing up as your truest and most authentic self.  When an offer is made, we'll work to ensure you are negotiating the best offer for you. Once you accept your offer and start your new job, we'll work on a plan to ensure you are successful in your 

first 90 days and beyond.
